I’m honoured that one of my images has been selected as the Signature Image for the Banff Mountain Film and Book Festival this year. It is the second time one of my images has been selected, the first is one of my original Totem Pole photos many years ago.
@banffcentre asked me if there was a story behind the image – and indeed there is! So you can read that on the Banff website here.
The Banff film festival that tours the world is always really awesome. Back in 2006 I was also lucky enough to travel to the actual festival in Banff to receive an award for one of my coffee-table books. The experience was mind-blowingly inspiring and so I’d say if you ever get the chance to attend the festival and listen to some of the speakers then DO NOT MISS IT!
